Most people like blog entries and articles that have lists of tips that help you focus on the challenge at hand and its solution(s). I just read an article that has such tips, but also goes beyond them at the same time.
If your company is involved with customer delivery of products in some way, then this article promises "best practices for optimizing last mile pick up and delivery operations."
Two things I really like about the article are that it lays out in numbered steps how to approach the issue and also mentions customer service at various spots. The author has not forgotten that the point of making any business process work efficiently is ultimately to have your company provide its customers outstanding service.
Another thing I noticed is that the author, Alex Walker, CEO of Cube Route, did more than just list ideas. He explained them with detail and practical examples.
Finally, he mentions that implementing best P & D practices can be achieved within 45-60 days. That tells me his is not selling his ideas as instant magic bullets, but rather as workable, reasonable goals.

I think people should share their ideas and discoveries more and more. That is how love spreads. It's a great service to mankind. We can learn a lot by reading blogs like this.
