2) Newsletters - can be paper based or electronic
3) Web pages - make a web page as a permanent resource for policies and procedures, encourage users to look their first to get their questions answered
4) Telephone - establish a department hot-line to centralize information
5) Vendor Fairs - bring the users and vendors face to face
6) Bulletin boards - depending on the company setting and number of employees with computer access, this is still a viable way to get the word out
7) Paycheck stuffers - (most) people are in a good mood when they receive their checks or direct deposit acknowledgments, give out brief information or direct users to one of the other sources with this method
