
Why 7? If you've reached 10, it's too late!
1) Your boss asks you to "write down what you do all day."
2) An e-mail arrives instructing everyone to update the Standard Operating Procedures.
3) The higher-ups suddenly take part in a series of meetings with strangers. The meetings show up on their online calendars with no subject lines.
4) Salary reviews are delayed.
5) You're asked to put together a list of all your vendors and the associated spend.
6) You're asked for the status of all your contracts - where they are as far as renewal times and RFP plans.
7) The HR rep for your division is seen talking to your boss and generally hanging around your department.
